A form of pregnancy care in which you work together with other women with approximately the same term. More time, more depth, recognition. At Femme we offer Centering Pregnancy for those who suit it.
In group care you meet 10 times with other pregnant women who have approximately the same term. You will receive the same checks per meeting as with individual care (blood pressure, hearing your heart), but there will also be plenty of time to delve deeper into relevant topics.
Group care is midwifery care and an extensive process in one. You get to know other pregnant women, have more time for explanations and prepare yourself more consciously for your pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period.
Ultrasounds always remain individual appointments — we do them separately, not in groups.

Research shows: women in group care feel better prepared and have fewer premature births.
You see the same faces. Sometimes groups remain in touch even after the birth.
Evening meetings are often possible, useful if you work or have a busy agenda.
